Hello, I’m Charlie

I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Certified ADHD Nutritionist and experienced in other areas of therapy and wellbeing, so you’ll get as much knowledge as you do compassion – because this stuff is hard.

Stuck in a diet cycle and desperate to feel more “me” again. Nothing sticks, new habits seem intimidating and you feel lost and just not like you anymore.

We can build those habits together, so you’ll have everything you need to not feel stuck or lost again. You can live the life you deserve to have - and reconnect with yourself again.
